DELIVERY

All deliveries will require a signature. We cannot be held responsible for items which are delayed due to the delivery companies failure to deliver on time.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. International orders are sent by express courior.

DISPATCH

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day, orders placed after 2pm will be sent the following working day. We do not dispatch any orders on Saturday or Sunday. Custom made items such as speciality pills and 12v torches are usually built to order, please allow up to an additional two working days for dispatch.
